About

A commercial leader who can also build and ship.

In brief

Who is Bruce Tyndall?

Bruce Tyndall is a senior growth, marketing, digital, and product leader. He combines regional experience across North America and Asia-Pacific with hands-on work in ecommerce, CRM, customer journeys, digital products, and practical AI.

How Bruce works

My work sits where customers, growth, marketing, product, data, technology, and delivery meet. I am most useful when a problem crosses teams and cannot be solved by improving one campaign, channel, report, or tool on its own.

My experience spans North America and Asia-Pacific, professional and consumer channels, regional and global teams, digital commerce, CRM, education, partner growth, category launches, content systems, analytics, and market execution. The value is not one title or narrow specialty. It is the ability to see how those parts affect one another and organize the work around a clear customer and business outcome.

That same approach now extends into practical AI and product delivery: understand how the work happens today, define the right solution, connect trusted information, coordinate implementation, and help the team adopt the change.

Why beauty and wellness

Because it’s the hardest consumer category I know, in the best way. The products are personal, the claims are regulated, the customer is expert-level informed, and the channel mix — pro, retail, DTC, education — is genuinely integrated or genuinely broken. If you can make marketing compound here, you can make it compound anywhere. I know its people, its retailers, its economics, and its nonsense.

Why applied AI

I noticed the tools changing faster than the teams. So instead of reading about it, I went back to school — graduate coursework in web development and computer science at Harvard Extension School — and started building.

I wanted more than theory, so I built and shipped products using LLMs, retrieval, automation, structured data, and a wide range of API integrations. Revvye finds the conversion leaks on service-business websites. VIAIVE structures luxury travel intelligence the way advisors actually need it. SOCELLE helps beauty and wellness teams make sense of market and company information. All three are live, early-stage, pre-revenue products built end to end by me. The details, including what each one taught me, are on the projects page.

The value is the combination: senior marketing and commercial judgment with hands-on technical delivery. I can define the business problem, design the workflow, work through the data and risk, and build enough of the solution to show what should scale.

How the experience comes together

My consulting and product work keeps me close to customers, technology, and implementation. The broader throughline is senior leadership across growth, digital transformation, product, and practical AI, alongside selected consulting engagements where a tightly scoped problem fits what I do. The site presents that experience broadly so the work can be evaluated on its substance rather than one title or location.
